The procedure for attending the events are as follows:
Entries to be faxed between the hours of 9:00 am to 9:00 pm the Monday prior to the show to 780-922-6902 email: darlenegulka@aol.com or home 780-922-4281.
Any changes to the teams will be accepted until the Wednesday prior to the show and before 7:00 pm.
Any changes after Wednesday 7:00 pm will be subject to fines, unless there is a medical or bereavement reason. Teams that cancel after the Wednesday deadline will be subject to a cost of $40.00 per team. Teams that fail to appear at the show may be assessed the full fees as though they had participated.
In the event of a last minute substitution or cancellation, it is up to the team members to fill this substitution promptly. This is not the responsibility of the association’s management.
Entry fees are due before you ride. The office will be open 1 hour prior to show’s start time.
